We attended the Mastercard Banka of the Year gala, where our representative Ondřej Mikulčík had the honor to serve on an expert jury focused on fintech and insurtech companies. This special category was created in cooperation with the Czech Fintech Association and the Czech Insurtech Association and was announced for the third time this year
First place was taken by Dateio for its Tapix product, which focuses on enriching payment data. The jury praised the significant business achievements as well as the dynamic expansion into foreign markets.
In second place was the Central Depository of Securities with a solution using DLT technology, which represents a modern approach to digitizing data infrastructures.
The third place was taken by Orbi, operating a mobile application for complex personal finance management. Orbi helps users with insurance policies, retirement planning, mortgages and financial health, all while addressing everything fully digitally and with an emphasis on user simplicity and innovation
The gala once again showed that the Czech fintech and insurtech sector is full of talent and technological solutions that move the entire market forward.
